Virginia’s 27th District includes Clarke County, Fauquier County, the City of Winchester, Frederick County, and parts of Loudoun County.  As a result of redistricting in 2011, I am pleased that the district now also includes portions of the counties of Culpeper and Stafford.

Our district encompasses regions that are rich in beauty and open, rural spaces.   It is an area that is intertwined with American history simply by its location and natural setting.  Within its borders are the Blue Ridge Mountains, Appalachian Trail, Revolutionary and Civil War battlefields, and many beautiful towns that have emerged throughout the centuries.   We have an abundance of agricultural and natural resources, including the largest concentration of vineyards in the state of Virginia and the Shenandoah River.   As your legislator, I take my role seriously in the work to conserve our precious resources for many generations in the future.
